03/28/2015 - The Move is Complete!
03/25/2015 - Greetings idComm Email Clients!
If any of the following conditions apply to you, you will want to migrate your mail from the old server to the new.
To facilitate mail migration, the old server will remain
online for 30 days after the move, and we have posted instructions on our website
here. For a full explanation of what to expect, how
to migrate your mail and webmail address book, and tips on how to use the new spam filter,
please use your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) and go to
http://www.sos4net.com/email-idcomm-server-move/ or just

fixed around 11am, it has resurfaced. Please bear with us as we stay in communication

- At about 8am this morning, the facility in which our mail servers are
located began having an internal routing problem that is preventing our mail server from
communicating with its authentication server. This means that technically we can reach
the mail server, but our user names and passwords cannot be authenticated. At the time
of this posting shortly after 9am, the problem still exists. We will make another post
here when the problem is resolved. However due to the nature of this problem, even
after the basic problem is resolved, some user IP addresses may be banned. If you are
still unable to send or receive email after the problem has been fixed, please first close
and re-open your email program. If that doesn't work, go to
note the IP address in the lower right corner of the blue box, and call us so we can check
and if necessary, unban your IP.
08/12/2014 - There was a server problem this morning that was causing
logins to fail even though the login information being sent was correct. That problem
was resolved around 10:30 or 11am. HOWEVER some IP addresses were banned during that
period due to too many failed login attempts. If you are still having trouble
accessing your email, please go to
with your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), write down your IP address
from the top of the page, then contact us at 303-796-3000 so we can check to see if your IP
is still banned and if so unban it.
Through 05/01/2014 - All Is Well! :-)
